芦璐，女，生于1985年10月，中共党员，理学博士。毕业于北京理工大学应用数学专业，期间获国家留学基金委资助，以联合培养博士研究生身份赴加拿大滑铁卢大学学习。主要从事分布参数系统控制理论的相关研究工作。2022年8月于石家庄学院理学院任教；主讲运筹学、复变函数、常微分方程、概率论与数理统计、高等数学等课程。
